Do I need health insurance to be seen?
No. Our clinic is built for people without insurance. There's no card to show and no paperwork to fill out about coverage — you simply pay one flat, affordable price for your visit.
Do you take Medicaid, Medicare, or insurance plans?
No — we don't bill any insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare. Instead of claims and co-pays, we charge one low flat price that you know before you're seen. For many visits, that ends up simpler and cheaper than using coverage at a big clinic.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in any time we're open: Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM–1:00 PM. If you'd like, call ahead or send the form above and we'll watch for you.
How much will my visit cost?
Prices are flat and fair, and you'll be told the exact price at the front desk before you're seen. Call (407) 240-6288 and we'll quote your visit, physical, or lab work in under a minute.
Can I get a school, sports, work, or DOT physical today?
Usually yes — most physicals, including pre-employment, security, and DOT exams, can usually be completed in one visit. Bring your school or employer's form if you have one. Sports physicals do not include an EKG.
What should I bring?
A photo ID if you have one, a list of medicines you take, and any forms that need to be filled out. You do not need an insurance card or a Social Security number to be seen.
